There is a Real Estate application fee of $25.00 and an Appraisal fee of $125.00. If you are refinancing only to reduce your interest rate, with no cash out, there will be a $200.00 application fee. We will finance up to 85% of the appraised value of the property. Maximum amount financed is $180,000.00. Must have an open Share Account to qualify.

This loan is not applicable on Mobile Homes.
Effective October 1, 2013, if you are more than 10 days late in making a payment, you will be charged a $10.00 late fee.
